Important: Your consent to receive marketing calls, texts, and emails is NOT a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Equity Access Center or our partners. However, if you do not provide consent, we will not be able to connect you with specialists or provide personalized assistance.

How to Opt Out

You may revoke your consent at any time by:

  • Text: Reply "STOP" to any text message you receive
  • Email links: Click "Unsubscribe" in any marketing email

Please allow up to 10 business days for your opt-out request to be processed.

Message Frequency and Costs

  • Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and interaction with specialists
  • You may receive up to 3-5 messages per week initially, then as needed
  • Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply
  • We are not responsible for carrier charges or fees

  • Third-party specialists and affiliates authorized to market on our behalf

Your personal information is protected under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Information is only shared with lenders and service providers necessary to fulfill your request.

Consent Verification

We use TrustedForm by ActiveProspect to create a certified record of your consent. This includes:

  • Timestamp of when you provided consent
  • The exact consent language you agreed to
  • Your IP address and browser information
  • A certificate URL that proves consent was obtained
