Important: We are NOT a lender. We are a lead generation service that connects consumers with third-party licensed lenders.

• Subject to change based on property appraisal, interest rates, and lender underwriting

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Not use the Service for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose
• Not submit false or misleading information
• Not use automated systems to access the Service
• Respond to lender inquiries in good faith if you request contact

6. No Lender Relationship

Equity Access Center is NOT a mortgage lender, broker, or loan servicer. We:

• Do not make lending decisions
• Do not guarantee loan approval
• Do not provide financial or legal advice
• Are not responsible for lender actions, decisions, or loan terms

All lending decisions and loan terms are determined solely by the third-party lenders in our network.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Equity Access Center shall not be liable for:

• Inaccuracies in estimates or calculator results
• Loan denial, unfavorable terms, or lender decisions
• Losses resulting from reliance on our estimates
• Actions or omissions of third-party lenders
• Technical issues, service interruptions, or data loss

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Service, including text, graphics, logos, calculator tools, and software, is the property of Equity Access Center and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
